Recruiting anyone is a time & cost consuming process. While a company is looking for it's own staff it's distracted from its core business. Do you think of Rec 2 Rec's as a necessary evil? If you do, your not alone and its usually stemmed from a bad experience. We aim to make the process of recruiting a recruiter as hassle-free as possible.

How are we different?

We build solid relationships with both Clients and Candidates by using open communication, honesty and integrity. How do we achieve this?

We will NOT headhunt from any client.*

 

  • Client will receive a dedicated Account Manager with industry experience.

 

  • We begin the recruitment process by gaining a comprehensive understanding of our Clients' history, culture, working environment and vision (this ensures that we have a complete synergy with our Candidates' requirements and allows us to gain a correct cultural fit).

 

  • We will take a full, detailed job description.

 

  • We will be honest and keep in touch with you every step of the way. If we cannot find a candidate suitable for your role, we will advise you and offer alternative solutions.

 

  • We will NOT bombard you with irrelevant, un-qualified CV's

 

  • We will interview candidates face to face (where logistically practical).

 

  • We will ensure that all of our candidates are fully briefed on your company and position. The candidate will also be reference checked as appropriate

 

  • We will keep you informed as to the status of the candidate i.e. any alternate interviews, pending offers, salary and career aspirations.

 

  • We will obtain FULL candidate feedback post- interview (note: we need to obtain your feedback too).

 

  • We will manage the offer process on your behalf, offering specialist industry advice on the current market situation including salary levels.

 

  • We will ensure that the candidate provides us with written acceptance and confirmation of start date.

 

  • We will keep regular contact with the Candidate throughout their notice period (if applicable).

 

  • WE WILL NOT COMPRIMISE OUR QUALITY IN ORDER TO MAKE A 'QUICK' PLACEMENT.

How can you help your Recruiting Process?

In order for Applaud to provide our superior service, we need clients to work with us. Rather than being a supplier, we will need to establish a partnership. As our client partner, we will expect you to supply us with full & frank information, prompt interview feedback, and above all, you will need to appreciate that there is this vast shortage of candidates. Therefore, if we suggest seeing someone immediately, it is in your best interests to do so!
