As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will embark on a 12 week training scheme. This is all to do with the basics of recruitment. How to make that first call, how to acquire a candidate, what to say and the best ways of saying it!

It is vital training which will give you a solid basis to enable you to grow your business. After the initial course, you will have ongoing training courtesy of an outsourced training company and mentoring from Branch Managers.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated, ambitious individual who is looking at establishing a solid career. Within 6 months (dependant on results) you could be promoted to Consultant on a salary of around £23K. The path is structured so that high achievers will benefit.. from Trainee to Consultant – Senior Consultant – Managing Consultant, Branch Manager and finally Area Manager!

Telephone sales experience is preferable although not essential.
