Due to record figures gained from a very loyal strong recruiting team, they are looking at substantially growing their operation to include a Search and Select Division.
This is an amazing opportunity. With such a strong reputation this client acquires over 180 roles per calendar month which get filled typically within 5 weeks. Obviously as in ALL recruitment consultancies, there are some roles which do not get filled due to sheer volume this is where YOU come in.
It will be your responsibility to contact these clients and ascertain why these roles are taking longer to place. It could be salary restrictions, location or simply just the specialist nature of the vacancy.
You will then offer specialist advice to the client offering a dedicated headhunt. This will be on a traditional methodology of a third payment upfront, a third at final draft of candidates and the final instalment on completion of assignment.
As this company has been established for 17 years, there is a database of over 17,000 candidate contacts coupled with a strong industry reputation therefore you have all the necessary equipment to headhunt/network successfully.
Reporting to the Directors, this is a career enhancing opportunity for you to grow your own division within a strong brand.
This role would suit either an Executive Search Consultant OR a Contingency Consultant who has had exposure to headhunt practice.
