Our client is an industry leader within graduate sales recruitment and they are seeking an Account Manager to build and establish new accounts.
This is a very varied role covering the whole of the UK. You will be contacting clients over the phone and booking a meeting with them, once at the meeting you will acertain their exact requirements and recruitment strategies – then explain the benefits of working with your company (the benefits are vast)!
Once a requirement has been gained you will liaise with ‘graduate manager’s (who look after the candidates who have passed through assessment days) helping them to select the best candidate for your role.
Once you have selected the best candidates you will organise the interviews with the client.
Post interview – it will be your responsibility to gain feedback from the client and administer the placement!
This role is suited to an individual who likes developing long standing relationships with clients as well as thriving in a target driven environment. No two days are the same... this young, dynmamic company will give you all the support and training you require to be successful.
