Established in 1993, this client employs more than 100 people and has grown almost entirely through repeat business and referral.

Traditionally specialising in Civil Engineering, Rail and Oil and Gas, they are looking to incorporate a new construction division.

Reporting to the directors, you will have full control over the candidates and clients with a dedicated resourcer to assist you. With the backing of this cash-rich company you will grow this division and in turn have responsibility for the operating profits/loss.

This role is ideally suited to someone with over 2 year’s construction industry experience that is looking to develop their own division. A superb opportunity with exciting career prospects.

This is a beautiful semi rural office - a driving licence is a pre-requisite.
