Responsibilities
Establishment of Manchester office
Involvement with selection of suitable location, office space and internal candidates
Sales Management of two resourcer/recruiters from 28 January 2008
Expansion plans to ten by end of 2008
Hands-on recruitment with own target initially; plus developing, mentoring and growing team
Ownership of individual plus team target
Most Important Requirements
A winner, track record of success
Essential Skills/Experience – IE cannot do the job without these
Experience within mid-market white collar contingency recruitment (in UK)
Wish List
Experience within the technology sales recruitment arena
Knowledge of clients and candidates in Manchester technology sector
Experience in people management in formal or informal setting
